Menu Plan Monday

I have a really bad habit of cooking the same 7-10 things over and over.  I'll be trying a few new recipes this week, so hopefully they'll turn out okay!
Here is my menu plan for the week:

Day 1
Chickpea and Potato Dahl

Day 2
Hummus Sandwich with veggies

Day 3

Day 4
Fried tofu with potatoes and veggies

Day 5
Stir Fry

Day 6
BBQ Lentils and Rice

Day 7 
Left Overs
