Menu Plan Monday

Here's what I have planned for us to eat this week! I normally eat oatmeal for breakfast, and Hubbie will have a rice protein shake, cereal, or homemade muffins. Our lunches are normally leftovers from dinner.

Veggie Pizza

Tuesday
BBQ Lentils and baked sweet potatoes

Wednesday
Chili

Thursday
Grilled Tofu and veggies

Friday
Spaghetti with spinach and chickpeas

Saturday
Leftovers

Sunday
Red Lentil Curry and Rice
