Here's what I have planned for us to eat this week! I normally eat oatmeal for breakfast, and Hubbie will have a rice protein shake, cereal, or homemade muffins. Our lunches are normally leftovers from dinner.
I love cooking healthy, tasty, made from scratch food for less! I also love budgeting and finding great deals. I believe diet is the key to a healthy life and many health problems can be cured through alterations to your diet.
I am a first grade teacher, and I love my job. I think it is one of the most fulfilling things you can do.
